Roasted Garlic Dip mix
For garlic lovers – a delicious blend of garlic, onion, chives, parsley, etc. (we can’t give the entire recipe away now can we).
Combine contents of packet with 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream or yogurt and 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with fresh raw veggies, nachos, crackers or potato chips. Makes 500 ml (2 cups). Flavour options: Increase sour cream, decrease mayonnaise to taste (and still get 500 ml or 2 cups) or use yogurt only.
